St. Joseph Today is looking for participants to play in
the second annual Bean Bag / Cornhole Tournament
during the Sept. 18 Blues, Brews & BBQ event downtown.
The tournament is scheduled for noon along
Port Street near the John E. N. Howard Band Shell.
Teams of two will play in the double-elimination style tournament
with a $25 entry fee per team, which includes a T-shirt for each team member.
Prizes will be awarded to the first-place team
($200 and two overnight hotel stays in the off season)
second-place team ($150) and third-place team ($100).
